CNC and Manual Lathe Set-up and operator

Must have a minimum of 7 years experience. Must be independent and able to write minor programs for Fanuc and Bridgeport controls. Ability to effectively communicate is a must. This position requires the ability to: set up and operate a wide range of CNC and manual machines without assistance; adjust feeds and speeds to improve quality and achieve maximum efficiency with minimal tool wear; demonstrate and apply strong problem solving skills in day-to-day operations; review processes for potential problems and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve such issues. ISO9002 Experience a plus!

CNC Mill Set-up and operator 

Must have a minimum of 7 years experience. Must be independent and able to write minor programs. Fadal, Vickers, Dynapath experience is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate is a must. Shipping and Receiving Inspector

Must have a minimum of 5 years shipping and receiving experience. An ability to effectively communicate is a must. Must have a working knowledge of a machine shop environment. Position will be responsible for all incoming/outgoing materials. Candidate will be responsible for documentation of shipping logs and inspecting shipping. Candidate must be proficient with UPS and Fed Ex online systems and able to operate a forklift. Candidate must be flexible in terms of duties and must be competent in all areas of Shipping/Receiving and MS Windows (Word/Excel). Candidate must also supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment: Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures. Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.  Must also demonstrate & apply strong problem solving skills in day-to-day operations; review processes for potential problems and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve such issues; If you enjoy a creative & fast paced environment then this may be the job for you. Machined Parts Inspector

Must have 7 years of directly related experience in an aerospace machine shop. Must also have experience and knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and mechanical inspecting. Position also requires experience in operation and setup of CNC and or manual CMM machines. Must have knowledge of ANSI Y14.5.and ISO 9002. Ability to effectively communicate is a must. Must be able to demonstrate and apply strong problem solving skills in day-to-day operations, review opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve such issues. Must have a minimum of 2 years deburring experience. An ability to effectively communicate is a must. Must have a working knowledge of a machine shop environment. Position will be responsible for all finishing of metal surfaces by buffing, polishing, deburring, burnishing, filing, grinding, and barrel/vibratory tumbling, using handtool or powered equipment such as grinders, files, chisels, polishing wheels, and wire brushes. Must have ability to read blueprints in order determine the type of work required. When work in the burring dept is slow and the need arises applicant must also do general cleaning and janitorial work. Must also demonstrate & apply strong problem solving skills in day-to-day operations; review processes for potential problems and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve such issues; If you enjoy a creative & fast paced environment then this may be the job for you. Maintenance and repair of buildings and machinery in a machine shop

Must be familiar with a machine shop environment. Must have a working knowledge of CNC machining centers along with other manual type equipment normally associated with an Aerospace machine shop. Must also have a working knowledge of construction, plumbing, equipment maintenance, electrical, air compressors and minor air conditioning and have own tools. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience. This job will entail equipment and building maintenance including minor construction, maintaining and repairing machinery. This position will also be responsible for issuing, cutting and maintaining material to be used for manufacturing. An ability to effectively communicate is a must. Must be familiar with many types of metals and related specifications. Good reading and comprehension skills are a must. Must be able to demonstrate and apply strong problem solving skills in day-to-day operations; review opportunities for improvement and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve such issues; If you enjoy a creative and fast paced environment then this may be the job for you.
